Web-based application programming using DreamWeaver ColdFusion and JavaScript languages.Initial responsibilities include: ColdFusion coding and testing of multiple in-house customized applications (based on functional and technical specifications provided by existing staff); database information retrieval (primarily in Oracle databases) for verification of data during coding and testing; coordination of technical and end-user testing and documentation processes prior to code change implementations. Preference given to candidates with demonstrated technical/analytical abilities which would allow them to complete projects with minimal intervention from existing staff and to assess and resolve problems independently. Ability to work well with a wide variety of internal and external customers and vendors, and to accurately assess and adjust to changing schedules and priorities as needed. Experience in supporting Human Resources, Manufacturing, and/or Accounting applications (in any language) would be a plus. Required Skills: - 2 years Oracle &/or SQL. - 2 years Windows PC/Networking. - 1 year ColdFusion. - 6 months JavaScript. - 6 months MS Outlook. Desired Skills: - 6 months DreamWeaver MS. - 6 months Project Management. - 6 months SAP. - 6 months FTP. - 6 months Interfacing text files for communication between application systems. Required Qualifications: Key points the HM is looking for: * Oracle database experience. * Strong CF development skills with understanding of writing stored procedures and of table joins. * Good verbal and written English skills. * Experienced in working with end users - explaining processes, answering questions, and presenting concepts. * Production support experience in Enterprise environment. * Manufacturing background preferred but not required.
