The Crippler, the Rabid Wolverine. One of the best....ever, in professional wretling. My thoughts and prayers go out to the WWE family, past and present. Those of us that are fans will miss the professionalism, the athleticism, the integrity and the man that was Chris Benoit..
Godspeed Chris.
This is a rant... so be warned.
Do buying agents actually read the MLS listings? Our house has been on the market since last thursday. We've gotten a fair amount of traffic, which has been pleasnty suprising. But....
Our listing specifically says "Please Call First", it's for a reason. We still live in the house. We can't swing two mortgages. It's a fact of life in the DC area. Out of the 10 or so buying agents that have come by, 2 have called first. They show up unannounced and look suprised or offended that I'm here and that I have two large dogs that I'm bringing out. I'm just waiting for someone to catch me in the shower. Please read the whole listing...
Seven people will not fit it in a 1400 sqft three bedroom townhouse, Fairfax County even has overloading laws. Why even bring someone out?
There's gonna be more....
Our house is going on sale next week.. Contact me and I'll put you in touch with our realtor

My Mom was honored by the Susan B Komen, for the cure Philadelphia Chapter this weekend. She's a 40 year cancer survior.
I'm one to wear my heart on my sleve as it were. So I'm kinda misty through the whole thing....until... the video presentation... Mom's talking about her first mastectomy, and how she wasn't sure how my Dad was going to react.... "I don't love your body, I love you" is the first thing my Dad says to her... I just lose it...so did my sister... thankfully I have the video camera in front of my face....
my Mom is awesome, I can only hope to be half the person she is.
we're at it again... the condo goes on the market on or about May 1st.... yes I'm working.....
Taekwondo training is harder this time around.. I'm that out of shape.....
Have you ever heard a ferret sneeze?
I need to grab my camera and shoot...something...anything...
If you have a business or if you're a musician. Should you place all of your eggs in the MySpace basket?
Probably not...
While MySpace is an easy way (albeit horribly coded) to create a quick and dirty website. It is blocked by many businesses and government agnecies. Which means that your message is lost to those trying to reach you from those locations.
It's been one of the most stressfull times of my life.. we were going to move to Raleigh, NC..
